I’m delighted to be delivering a two-day Writing for Well-being workshop at The Word, South Shields on 21st and 22nd September. Within the two day writing retreat, I will be covering writing processes, tips and advice for writers at all stages in their writing journey, including getting work published, along with the important health benefits of writing. The group will participate in gentle and diverse writing exercises and leave with knowledge, activities, and further learning options.
