Writing for Wellbeing

Duration: From 2-8 hours
Our Writing for Wellbeing course varies in length depending on the needs of the group. This includes a 2 hour taster session, or up to 5 sessions.
Course content can include:
- Exploration of writing forms
- Health benefits of writing
- Experimenting with writing
- Gratitude exercises
- Mindfulness and writing
- Journaling for wellbeing
- Letter writing for expression and recovery
- Competitions and submission processes and opportunities
